William Greene is a professional Carolina Shag dancer and instructor. William began Shag dancing at the age of 11 at the Boat Dock at High Rock Lake. He went on to win 3 National Shag Championships and received titles at the Grand National Dance Championships and the U.S. Open Dance Championships. He was a member of the National Shag Dance Team for 13 years. In 2001, William was honored to be named a Keeper of the Dance by the Beach Shaggers National Hall of Fame. One year at SOS, a Shag dance event in North Myrtle Beach, William met and fell in love with the woman who would become his wife. They now have 2 daughters, ages 5 and 3.  William and his wife, Lani, now dance together and compete in the professional division at local and regional Shag dance competitions. They also enjoy teaching Carolina Shag and finding fun ways to promote it in the triad and in the Carolinas.

At the age of 13, Graylen Kirby is a Junior 1 National Shag Champion, member of the Varsity National Junior Shag Dance Team, founder of the Downtown Junior Shag club, and shag instructor. She has three sisters (McKensey, Mika, and Liv) and considers Fat Harold's at North Myrtle Beach her home away from home. On the rare occasion that Graylen is doing something besides dance, she can occasionally be found skateboarding, ice skating, baking, or swimming.
